   My friend has one of these xD! It’s way better then his HPI Rally he says. But that’s his opinion =P. I’ll just stick to my TL-01 that was converted to rally, but now it’s converted to a drift car =P. TL01 is a pretty awesome chassis in my opinion, cheap, and durable… to bad it’s discontinued tho =(.

   Rally version has the same chassis just would be a pain in the ass to convert the Dark impact into a rally ride. i thought about doing it myself

   i have..had..er…kinda have a tb-01 it’s not a great off roader. but i don’t know if it’s changed from when i got it to the following model, i dislike mine because the batter just hung there taking all the hits and exposed to all the elements.

   Is it better than TB-01? I’d like to buy a durable car for RC rally races and I’m not sure whether to buy beautiful new DF03RA Toyota Celica or continue in my search for some forgotten NIB TB-01. There are few on eBay, but very expensive.

   Is the chassis the same as any other DF-03 buggy
   Or the Rally version is different?

    Cool car!
    This type of tires are really versatile and durable!!!
    I have them on my RS4 Rally, yes it’s HPI…!
    I have a lot of Tamiya too! But no rally! (not yet!)
    Build it yourself, it’s really easy and pleasant !!

    This is actually the 2007 car. The 2008 is the hatch, and the kit with that body has just become available.
