@RugbyRules1234 Not actually…Quickness is your ability to voluntarily react and move in a short distance, and in a time-sensitive manner, while the speed, on the other hand, is much more power-based, and involves more of your body-weight in high force situations. So basically, crossover dribbles would involve quickness while 50 yard dash demands speed.

CROS5OV3R, yo that’s crazy. That is coming from someone who s the shortest on his team but can dunk with EASE. I followed the dunk training program over at 50inch vertical[dot]com and increased over 15 ins on my jump.

CROS5OV3R, many times I force myself to remind myself of exactly what it was like prior to when I could possibly dunk the ball. After I put to use the workout system at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) – my skills has been increasing dramatically – you have to take a look at it!

So my high school teammate #VIDEOPOSTERID# finally told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but jumps over a foot higher! What he took the training workout over at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) and gained over 15 inches in his vertical leap!

Just to be fair, the table can be seen as a suicide object so to speak—meaning that it forces him to jump from a certain spot and must also keep his legs up in the air until it passes the table.
If that were the case, he should have turned the table length wise and it would have looked much more impressive.
