There was nothing on the court he couldn’t do…slashing, dunking on anyone with power or finishing gracefully with either hand, shoot the three, midrange game, bank shot, post game, defended positions 1-4, racked up steals, blocked shots, took a charge on anyone, etc. He had as complete a game as you’ll ever see.

OMG!!! I love the facial on Malone at 2.31, aaaand the deadly look he gives him!
Malone was bigger and taller, and he is bumped off like a little kid!
Pippen is easily the best player ever!

@destr0n shoot we both must be on an island ..Jordan was A I before A I was A I lol not until phil jackson came in and took the ball out of jordan hands and put the ball in scottie hands did the bulls started to accomplish any real success. scottie played the point in college so phil basically use him as a point a big point just like magic johnson and he had great success with it in the 90’s, so i think the success with mj and scottie was equally. sp controlled the game mj scored plus both Dd up

Jordan was great for his position at SG. But Jordan couldn’t man up the strongest guys in the NBA. Scottie did everything physically Jordan couldn’t. Plus he could do everything else better, aside from ways to score. Look in Jordan’s eyes and in time you can see Pippen was the one he looked up to, among many others.

Only things he was mediocre at were shooting off the dribble or getting off contested jumpers while fading.Also, his exploits in harsh moments (aka the clutch) and free throwing.He’s a curious case because many don’t consider him a superstar,but he had a great deal of things that only superstars have. He also had an emotional breaking pt when he was the #1 guy,in CHI & POR,which affected his game and his teams performance.In 00 he spent a lot of effort trying to unnerve Kobe w/ little effect.
